Since September 2017, Odisee has been conducting practice-oriented research into prison labor. The project contains two spearheads: on the one hand, to examine whether the employment in prisons can take shape as a logistical employment and, on the other hand, what the preconditions are for implementing a logistics training (in particular via workplace learning) in prison. That way it is investigated how prison labor can be given a more labor market-oriented interpretation.
